Biopic on the Clash's 'London Calling' in the Works

Former Clash members Mick Jones and Paul Rosetta Stone software Simonon will co-executive produce a new biopic about the making of the bands classic 1979 album London Calling, the BBC reported Wednesday. The script will be written by playwright Jez Butterworth and produced by Alison Owen (singer Lily Allens mom) and Paul Trijbits.
