Morgan Stanley to cap cash bonus payouts: WSJ

HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Morgan Stanley MS +0.12% will limit individual cash bonus payouts to $125,000 for the recently-completed year, reflecting difficult conditions for the investment banking industry in 2011, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday citing people familiar with the matter. The decision was reportedly approved by the firm's compensation committee last week.
